14 years have passed
since the Syrian Civil War began
除了家破人亡、流離失所，
在土耳其的難民們面對的是一次次最深沉的無助。
Beyond the destruction of homes and the displacement of lives, refugees in Turkey face profound and ongoing despair.
戰爭始終沒有結束，
聯合國難民署統計全球敘利亞難民共 680 萬，
有超過半數約 360 萬在土耳其境內。
The war has never truly ended. According to the UNHCR, there are 6.8 million Syrian refugees worldwide, with over half, around 3.6 million, residing in Turkey.
裘振宇，2016 年接受我國駐土耳其代表委託搭建難民小學，歷時五年，終於 2022 年三月啟用、九月完成建築第二期工程並開始實際運作。
In 2016, at the request of Taiwan’s representative to Turkey, Zhou Zhenyu undertook the mission to build a refugee primary school. After five years, the school finally opened in March 2022, with the second phase of construction completed and fully operational by September.
「台灣 - 雷伊漢勒世界公民中心」占地 1,800 坪，除學校教育，也結合庇護住所、職業訓練等人道援助，不只幫助敘利亞難民，也支持土耳其在地需要協助的婦女孩童。
The "Taiwan-Reyhanlı Global Citizen Center," spanning 1,800 square meters, not only provides school education but also integrates humanitarian aid such as shelter and vocational training. This center supports both Syrian refugees and local Turkish women and children in need.
